Booking & cancellation policy:

Booking: To finalize your booking with us you have to transfer your booking deposit through this credit card payment page. You can do this personally, do not send us your credit card information. The booking deposit is the cost of one night staying in the month you selected for your staying of course (see the table above for rates) plus 3% for credit card transaction.
Cancellation and no-show: In case of cancellation your booking fee will not be refunded, but it will be kept as cancellation fee. In case of no-show the full cost of your staying will be applied.
Leaving earlier: In case customers already checked in and have to leave earlier, for whatever reason, they will have to pay for all the nights they originally booked.

Modalità di prenotazione e cancellazione:

Prenotazione: Per prenotare occorre versare un acconto attraverso questa pagina per il pagamento con carte di credito. L'acconto corrisponde al costo di una notte di soggiorno nel periodo prescelto (vedi tabella sopra per i costi) più il 3% di commissione sulla transazione con carta di credito. Potete fare l'operazione personalmente, non occorre mandarci i dati della vostra carta di credito.
Cancellazione: In caso di cancellazione l'acconto non verrà rimborsato, ma verrà tenuto come penale per la cancellazione. In caso di no-show verrà addebitato l'intero costo del soggiorno.
Partenza anticipata : Qualora i clienti già in stanza debbano andar via prima del previsto, per qualunque motivo, dovrà essere corrisposto l'intero costo del soggiorno originariamente prenotato.
